All of our images are at least 4K UltraHD (3840 x 2160 pixels). JPEG images are set at high quality – the best balance of file size and image clarity. Videos range from HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) to 4K UltraHD (3840 x 2160 pixels). Please see the details of each product for exact specs.

Our promotional free content is free as far as money goes but you have to do your part. All we ask is that you sign up for our newsletter. Obviously we would like you to be a longterm customer. Unlike our competitors we do not require a credit or annotation when you use our free elements. They are free and 100% royalty free forever. You do need to agree to the license – but that's easy.

At EYEIDEA, returns are only accepted for defective Content, such as corrupted files or improperly encoded materials. Defective Content can be exchanged for the same product within 90 days. The old saying is "you get what you pay for". This holds true for stock media more than ever. The real question is about value. Our prices are very competitive within the industry. But more than that, we license unique content. There are plenty of "free images" out there. Do you want to use the same images everyone else is using? Many outlets that offer free images also do not gurarantee full legal clearance and often require that you credit the creator in your project with a tagline. Our content is authentic, fully cleared for all commercial uses and we do not require credit or annotations of any kind.

Our images are at least 4K Ultra HD 3840 x2160 pixel. An image that has these dimensions can be used for print at 300dpi up to 12.8" x 7.2". Please refer to the details on each product page to see the specs on each individual product.

We recommend that you create a simple account so you always have access to download your licensed content. Anyone can visit our site anonymously but an account is be required to re-download products from a previous purchase.
