At EYEIDEA LLC, returns are only accepted for defective Content, such as corrupted files or improperly encoded materials. Defective Content can be exchanged for the same product within 90 days. For more information, please reach out to us using the contact details provided on your purchase receipt.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, corrupt, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Digital Items / Non-Returnable Items
Digital products cannot be returned (except in the case of corrupted files). Please contact us here if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. If there is any technical issue we will be sure to resolve it completely.
Refunds
No refunds will be issued for downloaded Content. Since downloaded Content cannot be returned, we are unable to provide refunds. However, in exceptional cases, we may choose to offer a refund at our discretion. Please note that once you have downloaded the Content, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
