Every pack includes the EYEIDEA royalty-free Content License. You can use the files in any number of projects, for any number of clients, with no ongoing fees. The full terms are on the Content License page.

Yes. Advertising, film, television, social media and corporate productions are all covered. See the Content License for the specific uses that aren’t allowed.

No. You can distribute your finished project as widely as you like, but not the original files on their own. The license is non-transferable.

Yes, under separate terms. The standard pack license does not allow AI or machine-learning training — see AI / ML licensing for data licensing.

As soon as checkout completes, download links appear on your order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. If you have an account, they’re also under My account → Downloads.

Each file can be downloaded up to 3 times within 90 days of purchase, and your license never expires. Need a file again after that? Email stock@eyeidea.com with your order number and we’ll refresh your access. For security, every click generates a fresh link that is valid for one hour — if a link expires, just click it again from your email or account.

Each pack is delivered as a single ZIP file. Resolution, frame rate, codec and clip count are listed in the Specs panel on every pack page.

No. Previews on the site are watermarked and compressed; the files you buy are full resolution with no watermark.

No — you can check out as a guest. Your download links arrive by email either way.

Your confirmation email is your receipt. If you need a formal invoice for your accounts team, contact us with your order number.
